Join the Community Enablement and Recovery Team (CERT), a specialist community rehabilitation service supporting people with severe and enduring mental health needs across the Black Country.CERT delivers intensive, recovery-focused support to people transitioning from hospital and specialist placements into their local communities. Guided by the CHIME principles of connectedness, hope, identity, meaning and empowerment, we help people build independence and live fulfilling lives in the least restrictive setting.Working alongside a Consultant Clinical Psychologist and multidisciplinary team, you will provide highly specialist assessment, formulation, intervention and consultation for people with complex needs, including psychosis, bipolar disorder and psychological trauma.
