Director of Learning Burgess Hill Alternative Provision College Leadership Scale L18 – L20 We are seeking an exceptional and visionary Director of Learning to join the Executive Leadership Team and help shape the future of alternative provision across West Sussex. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced senior leader who is passionate about inclusive education, SEND, SEMH provision, and improving outcomes for vulnerable young people. The Role You will provide strategic leadership across WSAPC’s curriculum offer, ensuring high standards of teaching, learning, inclusion, safeguarding, and pupil achievement across all provisions.
