Technical Operations Manager | Up to £60,000 + Bonus | Hybrid (Uxbridge) | IT  We're looking for a Technical Operations Manager to lead our Technical Support and Field Services teams, ensuring the delivery of exceptional technical support, operational excellence, installation quality, and customer service. What you'll be doing Leading and developing Technical Support and Field Service teams Acting as the senior technical escalation point for complex customer and operational issues Driving SLA performance, service quality and customer satisfaction Managing installation quality, audits, and technical standards Working with OEMs, dealer groups and third-party installation partners Monitoring device performance and operational KPIs to improve reliability and service delivery Implementing process improvements and driving operational excellence Supporting compliance, certification activities and technical governanceWhat we're looking for Proven leadership experience within Technical Operations, Technical Support, Engineering, Service Delivery or Field Service Management Strong knowledge of telematics, connected vehicles, GPS/GNSS, CAN Bus, vehicle electrical systems, remote diagnostics and vehicle integration Experience managing technical teams and third-party service providers A data-driven approach to problem solving and continuous improvement Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Auto-electrical qualifications or equivalent automotive electrical experience desirable Full UK driving licenceWhy apply?
