Production Labourers / General Operatives - Rotherham Temporary to Permanent Opportunity £13.77 per hour Attendance bonus of up to £25 per week Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 3:00pm Regular weekend overtime availableWe are currently recruiting on behalf of our client based in Rotherham for Production Labourers / General Operatives to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity offering a temporary to permanent position for the right candidates. ⚠️ Please note: This is a physically demanding role, requiring regular manual handling of products weighing between 25-30kg. The Role Working within a busy production environment, both independently and as part of a team Manual handling - lifting, moving, and manoeuvring products on a daily basis Using hand tools such as impact drivers and socket wrenches Maintaining a safe and organised workspace in line with health & safety standards Skills & Attributes Required Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team Strong awareness and commitment to health & safety compliance Good level of English and Maths Reliable with excellent timekeeping Eagerness to learn new skills and progress within the role Desirable Experience Previous experience in a labouring or general operative role (preferred but not essential)If you're hardworking, reliable, and looking for a long-term opportunity with potential for progression, we'd love to hear from you.
