Registered General Nurse (RGN)

We are currently recruiting experienced and compassionate Registered General Nurses (RGNs) to work in Bath, Somerset, with excellent opportunities for long-term, ongoing agency assignments.

You will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, ensuring patient safety and supporting individuals with their healthcare needs.

Key Responsibilities

* Deliver high standards of nursing care in line with clinical guidelines and best practice.

* Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individual patient care.

* Administer medication and treatments safely and accurately.

* Monitor patients' conditions and respond appropriately to changes in their health.

* Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation.

* Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.

* Provide emotional support and reassurance to patients and their families.

* Ensure compliance with safeguarding, infection control and health and safety procedures.

Essential Requirements

* Valid NMC registration as a Registered Nurse (Adult).

* Previous experience working as an RGN.

* Strong clinical knowledge and patient care skills.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one).

* Right to work in the UK.
