Temporary Receptionist / Administrator – Healthcare Nottingham £12.81 per hour Full-time | Temporary – 1 month Immediate start SF Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Temporary Receptionist / Administrator to support a busy healthcare practice in Nottingham for approximately 1 month. We are looking for someone who is immediately available and, importantly, already has a current NHS Smartcard. The role will involve: Providing reception and general administrative support Dealing with patients face-to-face and over the telephone Booking and updating appointments Updating patient information and records Responding to general queries Supporting the wider practice team with day-to-day administration To be considered, you will ideally have: A current/active NHS Smartcard Previous NHS, GP surgery, healthcare or medical administration experience Reception or administration experience Confident communication skills Good IT and data entry skills Immediate availability This is a full-time temporary role for around 1 month, so would be perfect for someone between roles or looking for their next temporary assignment.
