Production Team Leader BRC Reinforcements Barnsley Entry Skilled Rate £29,507 plus a Shift Allowance of £2,930 39 Hours, rotating shifts of Mornings, Afternoons and Nights Mornings

Monday-Thursday, 6am-2pm, Friday 6am-1pm Afternoons

Monday-Thursday 2pm-10pm, Friday 1pm-8pm Nights

Monday-Thursday 10pm-6am, Friday 8pm-3am As a Production Team Leader youll be responsible for a team of Production Operator within our depot to ensure that our operations run smoothly. You will be involved in various tasks such as driving machinery when required or carrying out team briefings. You will be the first point of contact for the team, so youll be happy to get stuck in and resolve problems when needed. Youll have previous experience managing people with a hands-on approach. Most importantly, is that you have a positive and pro-active approach to managing your team and encounter difficulties with a problem-solving mind-set.
