Read the overview of this opportunity to understand what skills, including and relevant soft skills and software package proficiencies, are required.

This is a varied, hands-on design role with a strong focus on presentations, pitches and client-facing materials. Working closely with colleagues across Business Development and Marketing, you will help translate complex information, data and business development concepts into sophisticated, visually engaging work.

The role will include creating and updating presentations held within the firm’s content library, producing materials for internal and external clients and supporting new business pitches, RFP responses, pitch books, one-pagers and wider marketing collateral.

A key part of the role will be presenting information clearly through charts, graphs, maps, tables, text and other visual elements, while ensuring all work remains consistent with the firm’s brand guidelines.

You will also be responsible for reviewing design work for consistency and quality, incorporating amendments, proofreading for formatting and style errors and working closely with Business Development colleagues and lawyers to understand individual project requirements.

The successful candidate will have at least three years’ experience producing high-quality presentation and graphic design work, ideally within a corporate, professional services, financial services, legal or similarly polished commercial environment.

Advanced PowerPoint skills are essential, alongside strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Acrobat.

You should be confident working within established templates and brand guidelines while still being able to translate concepts into polished and effective finished materials.

A strong portfolio is essential and should ideally include examples of PowerPoint presentation work alongside materials created using InDesign and other Adobe applications.

This role would suit someone who combines strong design instincts with excellent attention to detail, organisation and the ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines. xwzovoh

The role is offered on an initial six-month fixed-term contract and operates on a hybrid basis, with three days per week in the London office and two days working from home, subject to business requirements.
