Full - Time / Permanent
This is an excellent opportunity to join a respected, multi-disciplinary practice offering genuine autonomy, technical variety, and long-term progression.
Were looking for an MRICS or AssocRICS Building Surveyor with at least 3 years post-qualification experience to work independently across a broad mix of residential and commercial projects.
YOUR NEW ROLE
You will work independently across a broad range of residential and commercial properties throughout Southampton, Salisbury, Bournemouth, the New Forest, and occasional UK-wide sites.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Building and condition surveys
Structural inspections
Dilapidations
Party wall matters
Preparing specifications, reports, tender documents, and cost estimates
Managing small-works projects, including JCT contract administration
Client liaison and advisory work
Supporting business development and mentoring junior staff
ABOUT YOU
MRICS / AssocRICS (or strong APC candidate)
Minimum 3 years PQE
Strong technical knowledge of building pathology and regulations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage varied workloads
Full UK driving licence
SALARY AND BENEFITS
Up to £80,000 (depending on experience)
