This Tech Lead position is with a startup who are improving the lives of cancer patients by helping them with exercise, diet plans, and their mental well-being.You will be the first Tech Lead (and the first in-house technical hire) so you'll have a lot of scope to shape the engineering culture and architecture.The off-shore development team is based in India so experience managing remote teams is essential.
