About the role
Project Manager, eCOALocation: UK/ South Africa, home-basedJob OverviewMaintains and validates the project scope, plans and schedules for moderately complex projects; adheres to established metrics for project success; applies standards (e.g. delivery process, roles and responsibilities, operational norms, compliance).Essential FunctionsAct as the main point of contact for the clients for all items related to eCOA studies that are live and in maintenance Lead client update meetings on a weekly/bi-weekly basisParticipates and travel to Investigator Meetings when appliable (10% travel)Leads system change efforts when applicable, including leading design calls and impact review. Communicates costs and timelines as appropriate.Communicate effectively and timely with both internal and external clients and collaborate with key stake holders to determine solutions/next stepsResponsible for filing documentation, status report updates, meeting minutes, development of study materials and change order as neededTracks trends to identify and review risks as part of the ongoing project supportSupports quality investigations as the eCOA project SME with support from line manager and/or implementation PMManage budget and scoping for additional work where appropriateQualificationsMinimum of 1 year of experience in project management in digital health or software lifecycle/developmenteCOA experience preferredGood understanding of clinical researchProficient use of MS office, excel PPTExcellent collaboration and organisation skillsExcellent communication skills and ability to drive conversationsExcellent Project Management skillsThis role is not eligible for UK visa sponsorship.IQVIA is a leading global provider of clinical research services, commercial insights and healthcare intelligence to the life sciences and healthcare industries.
