You’ll be the right hand to a dynamic group of Account Managers, helping to create seamless customer experiences. From preparing quotes and managing vendor relationships to supporting tenders and system admin, your organisational superpowers will help bring calm and clarity to a busy sales environment.
You’ll receive full training, hands-on mentorship, and plenty of opportunity to learn, grow, and make your mark within a supportive and collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and follow up on customer quotes
- Liaise with vendors and suppliers for pricing and updates
- Process purchase orders and handle related queries
- Support tenders, contracts, and admin processes
- Maintain and update internal systems (NetSuite experience a plus!)
- Engage with customers via phone and email when required
- Collaborate with internal teams and partners to drive results
- Strong organisation and time management skills
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and juggle multiple priorities
- Friendly, people-first mindset and team spirit
- A proactive, can-do attitude with a hunger to learn
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using new tools and systems
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
