Senior Residential Care Practitioner 📍 Derby 💷 Starting Salary: £38,683.63 per annum JP Healthcare Recruitment is seeking experienced Senior Residential Care Practitioners to join a specialist children's residential service in Derby. Working within a 2-bed therapeutic home, you will provide high-quality care while leading shifts, supporting staff development and ensuring positive outcomes for young people. Requirements * Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare, Level 3 Health & Social Care or Level 4 CYPF qualification * Minimum 1 year's experience managing or leading a team * Children's Residential Care experience essential * Full UK Driving Licence * EBD experience Hours & Benefits * Average of 10 shifts per month * 3-week rolling rota * Sleep-ins included * Salary review following successful probation * 360 hours annual leave entitlement * Ongoing training and development Interviews are being scheduled immediately
