Kitchen Manager

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Kitchen Manager/ Production Manager to lead a busy production kitchen supplying a diverse range of high-quality food products to our restaurants, retail outlets and wholesale customers.

This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on Kitchen Manager who combines strong culinary skills with excellent people management, organisation and production planning abilities.

As Kitchen Manager, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day running of our production kitchen, ensuring that products are consistently produced to the highest standards of quality, food safety and efficiency.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading, motivating and developing the kitchen production team.
• Planning and overseeing daily and weekly production schedules to meet restaurant, retail and wholesale demand.
• Ensuring consistency, quality and presentation across our product range.
• Managing stock levels, ordering, wastage and production costs.
• Maintaining excellent food hygiene, HACCP and health and safety standards.
• Ensuring production targets and deadlines are achieved.
• Developing efficient kitchen processes and identifying opportunities for improvement.
