Temporary Administrator -HX2 Location: Halifax Duration: 3-6 months Hours: 37 hours per week Start Date: ASAP We are currently recruiting for a Temporary Administrator to join our client's team based in Halifax on an initial 3-6 month temporary contract. This is a great opportunity for an organised and reliable administrator who is looking for a temporary role within a busy and professional working environment. Key Responsibilities Providing general administrative support to the team Managing emails, correspondence and telephone enquiries Updating and maintaining records and databases Preparing documents, reports and spreadsheets Filing and organising paperwork Processing information accurately and efficiently Liaising with internal teams and external contacts Supporting the wider team with day-to-day administrative tasks About You Previous administration or office-based experience Good attention to detail and accuracy Strong communication and organisational skills Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office The ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlinesIf you are immediately available and looking for a temporary administration opportunity in the Halifax area, we would be keen to hear from you.
