Pre Construction Manager

Pre-Construction Manager We're looking for a Preconstruction Manager to join our Building team based in the South.  Location: Hampshire  Hours: 40 hours per week – some flexibility on hours available if desired What will you be responsible for? As a Preconstruction Manager, you'll be working within the Building team, supporting them in leading pre construction activities and ensuring successful project mobilisation. Your day to day will include: Managing the preconstruction process from tender to handover Coordinating bid teams and contributing to bid strategy Engaging with clients and consultants to build strong relationships Identifying and mitigating project risks Supporting workload balance and wellbeing across the preconstruction team R Requirements What are we looking for? This role of Pre construction Manager is great for you if: You have excellent communication and leadership skills.
