The role will act as a link between finance and each area of the business, ensuring a strong financial discipline is in place across each function.The Associate Finance Business Partners will be expected to provide financial insight to the key decision-makers in the business. What you'll need to succeed:Be part-qualified (CIMA, ACCA, ACA or CPA) or currently working in a finance environment.An excellent communicator across a wide range of audiences, presenting financial information in a user-friendly mannerA strong commitment to customer service and overall service excellenceAn understanding of financial management within the housing / property sectorsAdvanced IT literacy, especially advanced Excel skills. Experience with Oracle Financials is desirable.An affinity with the work of the social housing sectorExperience in management accounts/budgeting/forecastingKey dates: First-round initial phone/MS Teams interviews will be scheduled from week commencing Monday 22 June
