Shuttering Carpenter

Our client is currently looking for experienced Shuttering Carpenters to join a busy construction project in Southampton.
The successful candidates will be working on a high-rise student accommodation project, carrying out shuttering and formwork duties as part of a large site team. This is a great opportunity for experienced carpenters looking for consistent work on a major construction project.
Requirements:Valid CSCS CardPrevious experience as a Shuttering CarpenterRelevant experience working on construction sitesAbility to work as part of a team and follow site instructions2 x checkable referencesGood understanding of health & safety requirements on site
Duties:Carrying out shuttering and formwork worksInstalling and dismantling formwork in line with project requirementsWorking from drawings and site instructions where requiredAssisting with concrete preparation and associated carpentry worksMaintaining a safe and tidy working environmentWorking alongside other trades and site management to meet project deadlines
