Experienced Employment AssociateSalary: ExcellentLocation: ManchesterExperienced Employment Solicitor (5-8PQE) sought by National commercial law firm in Manchester City CentreTHE FIRM:Highly-rated National commercial law firmGreat regional and national reputation for delivering high quality commercial legal adviceBased central ManchesterTHE ROLE:The team do a range of work for clients from SME to household name companiesThe work is exclusively respondent, and a blend of contentious and non-contentious matters including: recruitment, service agreements, executive terminations, unfair dismissal, discrimination, TUPE and outsourcing, redundancy and change management, restrictive covenants and complex grievance complaintsThe role will focus squarely on tribunal work and non-contentious workThey have a well-structured team and are looking to bring in another experienced Solicitor to the team (ideally 5-8PQE)THE CANDIDATE:Ideally they are looking for someone with between 5-8PQE in Employment Law, however they welcome applications from anyone who can demonstrate the requisite level of technical experienceGood academics, training and experience gained with a firm regarded for Employment Law work are essential.There is a great opportunity here for further career progression.
