Sitting within Starcom’s global Constellation team, this role offers the opportunity to drive innovation at scale—connecting global strategy with regional impact across Europe. You’ll work at the intersection of commerce, media, and technology, helping create seamless experiences that move both people and business forward. If you’re excited by growth, collaboration, and meaningful impact, this could be your next big step.ResponsibilitiesWhat you'll be doing:Identify and scale digital commerce opportunities across global and European markets to drive measurable growthDevelop strategic recommendations grounded in data, customer journeys, and emerging trendsLead the planning and delivery of commerce initiatives from concept through to executionPartner with global, regional, and local stakeholders to align priorities and unlock new opportunitiesBuild strong relationships with Samsung teams, retail partners, and internal experts to drive collaborationMonitor programme performance, optimise outputs, and scale successful initiatives across marketsContribute to a culture of learning, collaboration, and continuous improvement across the wider teamQualificationsSkills we're looking for:Experience in digital marketing, commerce, or media within an agency or similar environmentStrong understanding of e-commerce, retail media, and how digital channels drive business outcomesConfidence managing stakeholders and communicating clearly across different teams and marketsAbility to analyse data and translate insights into actionable recommendationsHighly organised, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams effectivelyCollaborative mindset, with a proactive and solutions-focused approachComfort using tools such as Excel and PowerPoint to present and interpret dataAdditional informationStarcom offers a wide range of benefits to support our employees.
