Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor 📍 Glasgow 💰 £65,000 - £75,000 + £5,500 Car Allowance + Pension + Healthcare + Bonus A market-leading MEP contractor is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the commercial team on a prestigious £30 million new-build industrial/commercial project on the outskirts of Glasgow. This high-profile development is being delivered for the Ministry of Defence (MOD) and offers the opportunity to work on a technically complex scheme with one of the UK's most respected building services contractors. The Role Reporting into the Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the commercial delivery of significant MEP packages, ensuring robust cost control, contract administration, and financial performance throughout the project lifecycle.
