Customer Service & After Sales Advisor required for a leading manufacturing company based on the A47 near Swaffham. Crane Garden Buildings have been manufacturing high quality timber buildings for over 47 years and are proud of their heritage for manufacturing and installing quality products. They are looking for a dynamic Customer Care / Aftersales Executive to join the team. As an ideal candidate for the Customer Service role, It is essential that you have previous experience in a telephone-based role. You must be extremely organised and able to communicate clearly and effectively maintaining a strong rapport with new and existing customers.
