The Business Area Manager role is based just off the M25. As Business Area Manager, you will oversee the operational management of designated projects while supporting company sales and marketing activities to drive growth and profitability. Working closely with the Managing Director and senior management team, you will play a key role in ensuring operational excellence, commercial success, and high levels of customer satisfaction across the business. Business Area Manager Key Responsibilities & Requirements: * Proven experience in a senior operational or business management role within construction, engineering & building services. * Engineering qualification desirable. * Identify and develop new business opportunities to support continued company growth. * Contribute to sales and marketing strategies aligned with business objectives. * Collaborate with senior management to develop operational objectives, business plans, and budgets. * Review and approve estimates, monitor contract performance, and manage variations and final accounts. * Attend management and sales meetings to review performance, pipeline activity, and future opportunities. * Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and work to tight deadlines * Commercially driven with a strong focus on quality, profitability, and customer satisfaction * Support and maintain the company’s reputation for quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction.
