HR Consultant - 1 Year Contract 💷 £26 - £27 per hour (Umbrella Company Rate) 📍 Whitley, Coventry (2-3 days in the office) We're looking for a people-focused HR Consultant to join a busy and supportive HR Contact Centre team, providing first-line HR support to employees and managers across the business. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with HR advisory experience who enjoys helping people, solving problems and delivering a great employee experience in a fast-paced environment. What You'll Be Doing Acting as the first point of contact for HR queries via email, portal, virtual chat and outbound calls Supporting employees and managers with HR policies and processes including absence, performance, recruitment and employee relations Building strong relationships and delivering clear, empathetic and practical advice Working closely with wider HR teams to ensure queries are resolved efficiently Supporting day-to-day HR operations and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives What We're Looking For Previous experience in an HR advisory or employee support role Strong communication and relationship-building skills Good understanding of UK employment law and HR processes A proactive, organised and customer-focused approach Someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment Interested or know someone who could be? ☎️ (phone number removed) 📧 (url removed) WA Consultants is an Employment Business and an Employment Agency as described within The Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses Regulations 2003
