The ideal candidate will have a broad range of maintenance and repair skills, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to providing high-quality service. Own Van and available to travel between different sites. DBS Required. Key Responsibilities: Carpentry Painting/Decorating Plastering Tiling Hanging blinds and curtains Hanging shower curtains and fitting shower screens Fixtures and fittings General handyman Requirements: DBS or Enhanced DBS CSCS card Own van Willing to travel Staying away is rare but does happen Reactive Maintenance Occasional out of hour call outs.
