About the Opportunity

Specsavers Staines seeks an Audiologist or Hearing Aid Dispenser to become the new Acting Store Partner, with the possibility to grow into a Director and Business Owner within twelve months. The role involves developing a profitable audiology practice, serving customers and the community, and eventually becoming a fully approved Audiology Partner.

Requirements Of The Role

• Qualified and HCPC registered Audiologist with a drive for customer‑focused culture and high standards.
• Leadership potential and ability to build rapport with the team.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong relationships within the local community.
• Willingness to maintain the customer‑focused culture and uphold the high standards of the store.
