Job ID: 6797Salary: c70,000 plus packageLocation: South LondonRegion: LondonPrivately owned Developer urgently seek a Senior Town Planner for their busy office in London.This developer will buy sites subject to planning and gain planning permission before either flipping for a profit or building out.Sites will vary in size from 10 units through to around 80 unit, they will generally be flats or houses depending on size and locality.A senior planner is needed and one that has the ability and experience to sketch drawing using pro-map. You will need to be a Planner by trade as opposed to an architect who can plan. This is due to the nature of the sites acquired, they will always run into difficulties at planning stages and this needs an experienced individual who can see these through and get the planning angles that will help pass them through the local authority system.In return you can expect to be working on a number of schemes and be part of a company that is under growth and have a positive direction as to where they are going.
