Company information My client is a national contractor that in addition to other specialist services i.e., facilities, are also providing catering services into education, healthcare, business, prisons, and leisure. An opportunity has arisen for a chef manager to join their catering team based at one of their government contracts in Milton Keynes.
Duties as Chef/Catering Manager You will be fully responsible for the day to day running of the catering offer which consists of Breakfast and Lunch service for approx. 400 people based on site. The staff restaurant will offer a varied range for hot foot offer and a deli bar.
You will be responsible for managing a team of 3 which is made up of head Chef/Sous Chef/Part time Commis/KP.
There will be a limited Hospitality offer with will be teas, coffees and working lunches.
This is a kitchen based role and will be required to cook and managing the kitchen, front of house operations including H&S, allergens and book work. xwzovoh
The ideal Chef/Catering Manager will have proven management skills, a real passion for fresh food and previous client liaison experience.

£35,000 plus 30 days holiday (inc Bank Holidays)
