Restaurant Associates is looking for an enthusiastic, hands-on Front of House Supervisor to join our team on a fixed-term contract at a prestigious, high-profile client site in Brackley.
This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact, playing a key role in delivering an outstanding staff restaurant experience where great food, warm hospitality and attention to detail are at the heart of everything we do. Motivate and support the Front of House team, setting the standard for outstanding customer service and creating a positive team culture. Deliver exceptional service: Support the daily set-up and smooth running of the restaurant, ensuring every service is efficient, welcoming and memorable. Ensure food displays, counters and service areas are presented beautifully, clean and ready for service.
Create clear display labels and cross-check allergen information against our in-house purchasing platform to help ensure accurate, compliant food information. Embrace digital hospitality: Use Dynamify confidently to process refunds, update menu items and support a seamless digital customer journey. Help maintain the highest standards of health, safety and food safety, ensuring procedures and regulations are followed.
Support and develop the team: Assist with training compliance, rota planning and team communication to keep operations running smoothly. Bring hospitality tolife : Support the seamless delivery of meetings, hospitality services and client events, ensuring every detail is taken care of.
Previous supervisory experience within a restaurant, café or hospitality environment. A confident, approachable leader who enjoys supporting, motivating and bringing out the best in others. A genuine passion for great food, excellent service and creating memorable guest experiences. Confidence using digital systems and a willingness to learn new technology. A flexible, adaptable team player who enjoys working collaboratively and takes pride in delivering high standards.
