Senior Executive / Assistant Manager, Clinic Operations

Job Responsibilities

• Support the Polyclinic Management Team in coordinating and planning daily clinic operations
• Ensure optimal utilization of manpower and resources for cost efficiency and smooth workflow
• Oversee administrative functions including staff scheduling, patient flow, inventory, and facility management
• Collaborate with clinical, nursing, allied health, diagnostics, and support teams to ensure seamless operations
• Assist in planning and implementing strategies, initiatives, and process improvements
• Support the rollout of national healthcare initiatives such as Healthier SG, Social Prescribing, and Age Well SG
• Drive service excellence and continuous improvement within the clinic
• Participate in cross-functional projects across polyclinics and HQ, including:

Cross-functional Projects

• Manpower planning
• Training and development
• Digital and service transformation
• Policy and workflow development
• New clinic development
• Emergency planning

Job Requirements

• A recognized degree in any discipline
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Good critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Resilient, adaptable, and able to multitask effectively
• Positive attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
