Property Litigation Paralegal

Chester| £26,000 - £32,000 DOE

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Paralegal to join a well-established Property Litigation team at a respected law firm.

This role offers the chance to work alongside experienced lawyers on a varied caseload of property disputes, providing excellent exposure to high-quality work and genuine opportunities for career development.

 

The Opportunity

 

 

 

Joining a successful Property Litigation team, you will support fee earners across a broad range of residential and commercial property disputes while managing your own responsibilities and contributing to the continued success of the department.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

 

 

 

•

  \tAssisting on a wide range of property litigation matters
  \t

\tSupporting with landlord and tenant disputes
\t

\t

\tPreparing legal documents, court applications and correspondence
\t

\t

\tConducting legal research and case preparation
\t

\t

\tManaging client communications and maintaining case files
\t

\t

\tAssisting with possession claims, lease disputes and boundary disputes
\t

\t

\tLiaising with clients, courts and third parties
\t

\t

\tSupporting fee earners on complex litigation matters
\t

 

About You

 

 

 

 

•

  \tPrevious experience as a Paralegal within Property Litigation or a similar litigation environment
  \t

\tStrong organisational and case management skills
\t

\t

\tExcellent communication and client care abilities
\t

\tAbility to work independently and as part of a team
\t

\t

\tA proactive and professional approach
