Primary responsibility will be dealing with all matters relating to the management of a diverse portfolio of clients and assisting in business development side and future growth and success of the business.Requirements for the role:Share Options and other forms of employee share ownership tax treatment experienceIn depth knowledge of EMI, ESS and knowledge of reward tax, employment, NIC and capital gains taxAbility to pro-actively manage own caseloadAwareness of accounting, employment law and company law implications of share incentivesExpertise in split interest, freezer and nil paid arrangementsExperience in the preparation of share valuations and dealing with HMRCAbility to profitably manage a client portfolioExperience of dealing directly with clients including agreement of feesStrong business development skills, able to highlight further work opportunitiesManage and mentor team membersStrong people skills, able to build and maintain strong client relationshipsInterest in the wider HR and human capital drivers and implications of rewardCTA, ATT, ACA qualified or equivalent
