About the Role
We are currently recruiting compassionate and reliable Care Assistants to support individuals within the community across Hertfordshire. This is a rewarding role where you will make a real difference by helping people maintain their independence in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities
* Providing personal care and support with daily living tasks
* Assisting with medication (where required)
* Supporting clients with mobility and companionship
* Traveling between clients’ homes within the community
* Maintaining accurate care records
Requirements
* Minimum 6 months’ experience in a care role
* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential)
* Willingness to travel within the community
* A caring, patient, and professional attitude
* Good communication skills
