About the role
We are looking for an experienced HR Advisor to provide high-quality HR support and guidance across the organisation. You'll partner with managers and employees, provide practical advice, support employee relations and contribute to HR projects, change initiatives and continuous improvement.,
- Advise managers and employees on employment law, HR policies and best practice .
- Manage and support employee relations, absence, performance and change management .
- Lead recruitment, selection and onboarding , including company induction.
- Support payroll and pension processes , ensuring accurate and timely monthly changes.
- Manage HR systems and employee data , ensuring accuracy and GDPR compliance.
- Support the delivery of health surveillance and occupational health programmes .
- Analyse HR data, produce KPIs and reports , and identify improvement opportunities.
- Support training and development initiatives and wider HR projects.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships and promote a positive employee experience and engagement . Level 5 CIPD qualification or equivalent .
- Experience as an HR Advisor or similar , ideally within manufacturing, distribution or a commercial environment.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law , employee relations and absence management.
- Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Confident using HRIS, Microsoft Office and Excel , with strong attention to detail. Life changing therapies. Global impact. Bridge to thousands of biopharma companies and their patients.
