As a Project Manager, you'll play a key role in planning, coordinating, and delivering a variety of engineering projects.
You'll manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
The Role Manage multiple engineering projects from initiation through to completion Plan timelines, coordinate resources, and support project delivery and installations Act as the main point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, from site teams to senior management Attend site visits, support installations, and meet with clients Monitor progress, identify risks, and ensure projects remain on track Collaborate with internal teams across engineering, manufacturing, and operations About You Up to 1 year of experience in a project, engineering, or manufacturing environment Degree (minimum 2:2) in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline Basic practical engineering knowledge (through education, placements, or early career experience) Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Customer-focused with some client-facing experience Highly organised with excellent attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset xwzovoh Commercial awareness alongside technical understanding Proficient in Microsoft Office and general IT systems Full UK driving licence (desirable) What's on Offer Early responsibility managing your own projects Exposure to real-world engineering challenges and high-profile clients Hands-on experience across manufacturing and installation processes Opportunities for site visits and client interaction Ongoing training and development to support your career progression A supportive and collaborative team environment
