We help cut energy use, carbon emissions, and waste costs, drawing on global best practice from over 400 healthcare projects (including Royal London, St Bartholomew’s, Mansfield, Papworth, Derby).We are currently looking for a Planner, based at Mansfield King's Mill Hospital, who will maintain and coordinate the integrated rectification programme, ensuring all workstreams, dependencies, milestones and risks are reflected within a single master programme and that stakeholders have clear visibility of progress and delivery priorities.As the Planner, you will:Develop, maintain and manage the master programme.Integrate plans across fire safety, lifecycle, Schedule 38, defects, capital works, operational activities and Trust-led workstreams.Identify dependencies, programme interfaces, conflicts and critical path activities.Coordinate programme inputs across CNH/Vercity, the Trust, Skanska, contractors and project teams.Monitor programme progress against milestones and key deliverables, producing dashboards, reports and planning updates while identifying actual and forecast delays, programme changes and emerging constraint.Identify and escalate programme risks, conflicts and recovery requirements to the Operations Manager and relevant stakeholders.We are looking for:Planning experience in a Building Services environment. Stakeholder management relationship experience. Experience using planning systems and tools.What we offer:24/7 digital GP service for you and your family  Financial wellbeing and employee assistance  Professional development  Enhanced family benefits (including maternity, paternity, dependants and parental bereavement leave)  Inclusion and Diversity We thrive through embracing differences as we know that diversity opens a rich potential for new ways of thinking, helping us to build successful and high-performing teams.
