Delegate Support Administrator
Location: Milton Keynes
Pay Rate: £12.75 per hour
Contract: 3 months initially
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 08:30–17:30 with a one-hour unpaid lunch
Working Pattern: Hybrid – minimum 3 days per week in the Milton Keynes office
Start Date: ASAP
We are currently recruiting for a Delegate Support Administrator to join a busy and established training and development environment based in Milton Keynes.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Administrator or Customer Service professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, providing high-quality support and managing a varied administrative workload.
The Role As a Delegate Support Administrator, you will provide administrative and customer support to learners and a wider retailer network, acting as a key point of contact for queries and ensuring an excellent level of service is maintained.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing a high volume of inbound and outbound telephone calls and emails
Responding to general enquiries and providing accurate information and support
Providing Learner Management System (LMS) and general administrative support
Supporting the administration of technical training levels
Processing certificates and relevant certifications
Maintaining accurate learner, training and administrative records
Creating, following and maintaining internal processes
Supporting learners throughout their training journey
Working closely with the wider Delegate Support team
Attending meetings as required
Ensuring a professional and customer-focused service at all times The position requires someone who can confidently provide support across telephone, email and face-to-face communication while managing multiple priorities.
About You We are looking for someone who can demonstrate:
Strong administration experience
Previous customer service or customer-facing experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organisational and time-management skills
The ability to manage multiple tasks within a fast-paced environment
Excellent attention to detail
Good problem-solving and decision-making skills
A proactive approach to planning and managing workload
Confidence taking ownership and responsibility for tasks
A professional, positive and proactive approach
The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint
