Site Supervisor – Norwich £20.00 per Hour | Immediate Start | Long-Term Opportunity We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Site Supervisor to join a busy construction project in Norwich, with an immediate start available for the right candidate. Key Responsibilities * Supervise and coordinate site operatives and subcontractors to ensure works are completed safely and efficiently * Monitor daily site activities and maintain high standards of workmanship * Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks, and safety briefings * Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company procedures * Liaise with site management, clients, and trades to ensure smooth project delivery * Identify and resolve site issues promptly to minimise delays * Maintain accurate site records and reports as required Requirements * Valid SSSTS (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme) Certificate * Valid Gold CSCS Card * Previous experience in a supervisory role within the construction industry * Strong understanding of health and safety legislation and site procedures * Excellent communication and leadership skills * Reliable, organised, and proactive approach to work What We Offer * Competitive pay rate of £20.00 per hour * Immediate start available * Long-term, stable work on an established project * Supportive management team and professional working environment * Weekly pay If you are an experienced Site Supervisor with a valid SSSTS qualification and Gold CSCS Card, we would like to hear from you.
