Lodge Porter

Lodge Porter We’re recruiting for a Lodge Porter to join a busy and welcoming team based at an established Oxford organisation. Working from the Lodge, you’ll be the first point of contact for visitors, students and guests, providing excellent customer service while also helping to maintain the security and safety of the site. The role will include: Welcoming visitors and dealing with enquiries Monitoring CCTV and site security Managing keys, access cards and visitor parking Patrolling the grounds and responding to incidents Supporting with deliveries, room set-ups and general porter duties Acting as a point of contact for emergencies and out-of-hours issues We’re looking for someone who is reliable, well-presented and confident communicating with people, with good IT skills and a strong customer service approach. An SIA licence is required for the role, but if you don’t currently hold one, you must be willing to undertake the licence - fully funded by the company. Hours: 6.30am–6.30pm, 4 days on / 4 days off, including weekends and bank holidays. Benefits: 26 days’ holiday, pension, onsite parking, uniform and optional paid overtime.
