The role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, providing commercial support to customers, and ensuring accurate sales administration through the Company's CRM system.Key Responsibilities- Promote and sell the Company's woodworking machinery, products and services within the assigned territory.- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while actively identifying and securing new business opportunities.- Generate sales leads through prospecting, networking, customer visits and market research.- Prepare and present quotations and proposals, negotiating commercial terms to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.- Manage the full sales cycle from initial enquiry through to order placement and customer handover.- Ensure all customer interactions, opportunities and sales activities are accurately recorded and maintained within the Company's CRM system.- Process customer orders in accordance with Company procedures and support the successful delivery of projects.- Work collaboratively with internal departments, including Technical, Service, Customer Support and Finance, to provide an excellent customer experience.- Attend customer meetings, trade exhibitions, networking events and Company meetings as required.- Keep up to date with industry developments, competitor activity and the Company's product portfolio through ongoing training and development.- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the Commercial team.-
