Mechanical Project Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join our project team in Blyth, United Kingdom. Role Description: * Manage and oversee all aspects of the mechanical scope of works, ensuring delivery in line with project specifications, schedule, and budget. * Analyse, track, and manage critical milestone activities to prevent schedule delays. * Review construction proposals, including scope and cost assessments. * Lead and mentor project teams, including engineers, package managers, supervisors and foremen. * Engage with project stakeholders, including clients, to ensure clear communication and alignment on goals. * Liaise with design teams and subcontractors to ensure project delivery within scope, budget, and timeline. Skills/Qualifications: * Minimum 10 years’ experience in managing large-scale Mechanical projects such as commercial offices, retail, hotels, schools, or data centres. * Data centre project experience is highly desirable. * Trade or Engineering qualification preferred, with recent experience in managing major electrical contracts. * Proven experience in Mechanical Project Management, with the ability to effectively control scope, schedule, and budget. * Demonstrated experience coordinating and managing large installation projects, ideally within data centre delivery or other large-scale mechanical environments.
