About the role
Amazon is hiring a highly motivated OMC Network Engineer to support enterprise office infrastructure, AV, and print services. You will troubleshoot, maintain, and optimize network connectivity across corporate offices with Tier II support and guidance to Tier I engineers.
You will work in a 24/7 follow-the-sun model, coordinate with ISPs and internal teams, and contribute to incident management, runbooks, and knowledge sharing to improve operational resilience.
