Ensure smooth daily operations with a focus on performance
Experience as an ASM/SM in a high-volume retail setting
Strong track record of hitting sales/KPI targets
Fluency in English
Local Language (additional local language is a plus)

Interest in career growth within Capri Holdings
Confidence using digital tools and technology
Willingness to relocate within EMEA (please highlight this in your application)
