Chef De Partie

We are currently recruiting experienced and reliable Chef de Partie, initially it is 3 days a week- Friday- Sunday, may lead to full time for the right Candidate ( it's up to you, if you prefer part time, you can carry on). You must have experience of working in a very busy kitchen with traditional English selection where everything is prepared on site (no bought in dishes). You'll be working in a team where everyone supports all roles so must have a pleasant approach with excellent communication skills both written and verbal. This could be a temp to perm role for the right candidate, full time, every other weekend off, no split shifts or nights, working in a fabulous environment with amazing produce.
