About the role

Pay: £30,000.00 - £35,000.00 per year Job description: Treatment Coordinator (Dental implant specialism required) Location: Partially remote (UK based) – must be located within or near London, Essex, or the South of England to allow regular in-practice visits. About the role: We’re looking for an experienced Implant Treatment Coordinator (TCO) with a strong understanding of dental implant procedures from single implants through to full arch and dual arch cases. This is a specialist, patient-facing role where you will guide patients through some of the most important and high-value decisions they’ll make. You’ll combine clinical understanding, commercial awareness, and emotional intelligence to support patients from initial enquiry through to treatment. While the role is remote, you will spend regular time in practice, working closely with clinicians to ensure every patient receives a seamless, informed, and high-quality experience. What you'll be responsible for: * Lead detailed, consultative conversations with patients enquiring about implants * Implant Consultations & Conversion * Explain treatment options clearly, including: * Single implants * Multiple implants * Full arch / full mouth rehabilitation * Build trust and confidence to support patients in committing to treatment 1. Expert Patient Guidance Confidently discuss the full implant journey, including: Assessment and planning Surgical stages Healing timelines Final restoration Handle patient concerns around: Cost Fear/anxiety Treatment duration 2. Lead Management & Triage Manage and prioritise inbound implant enquiries Create a structured, high-conversion triage process Re-engage unbooked leads through consistent and proactive follow-up 3. Patient Journey Ownership Act as the primary point of contact throughout the implant journey Ensure patients feel supported at every stage Maintain communication to reduce hesitation and drop-off 4. Clinical & Practice Collaboration Work closely with implant dentists and clinical teams Spend time in practice to: Deepen clinical understanding Align on treatment planning Strengthen relationships with clinicians Ensure patient expectations match clinical outcomes 5. Finance & Case Acceptance Confidently discuss high-value treatments Support patients in understanding affordabnt costs and finance options ility for larger cases (including full arch) Maximise case acceptance through clear, supportive communication 6. Process Improvement & Ownership Identify opportunities to improve: Patient experience Conversion rates Communication processes Take ownership and contribute to ongoing development of the role Our non-negotiables: Proven experience in: Dental implants (TCO, nurse, or clinical support role) OR strong working knowledge of implant procedures Clear understanding of: Single implants through to full arch / dual arch cases Patient journey and common objections Confidence discussing complex, high-value treatment plans Desirable Clinical background (e.g. dental nurse, treatment coordinator) Experience in private dentistry Experience handling £5k–£25k+ treatment conversations Familiarity with patient finance options The Ideal Person Deeply knowledgeable and passionate about implant dentistry Commercially strong while remaining patient-first Comfortable discussing complex treatments in a simple, reassuring way Highly organised and self-motivated Builds trust quickly with both patients and clinicians Takes ownership and operates with an entrepreneurial mindset How Success is Measured Enquiry → consultation conversion (implant leads) Consultation → treatment acceptance (including high-value cases) Patient experience and satisfaction Lead follow-up and reactivation performance Why This Role Stands Out Opportunity to specialise in high-value, life-changing implant cases Work closely with experienced implant clinicians Blend of remote flexibility and in-practice collaboration High level of ownership and impact on both patients and business Summary This is a specialist role for someone who understands implant dentistry in depth and thrives on guiding patients through complex, high-value decisions, while delivering an exceptional, supportive experience from start to finish.
