This role will be based in the London office. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.A role in the Creative Services team will expose you to a fast paced environment with a good level of variety. Working with the Creative Director and clients you will ascertain scope of work/objectives, agreeing deliverables and time frames. Engagement with clients is constant. You will lead your own projects and receive exposure to all sector teams.We will rely on you to:Work alongside the Creative Director and clients you will ascertain scope of work/objectives, agreeing deliverables and time framesCreate new PowerPoint and Word templates for client presentationsWorking on improving layout of presentations and placemats as per guidelines, suggesting improvements and designing alternate layouts/charts/diagramsProvide advanced formatting support for PowerPoint and Word documents and Excel charting, including redesigning slides in PowerPointTailor pitch materials to specific client requirements or to convey key messagesHave custody of key documents through the editing/review/proofing stagesAssist staff with general presentation requestsLayout copy, tables and graphs of final bid submission documentsSource imagery, developing and researching concepts, designing or working with existing layout templates, developing concepts and submitting for client approvalOversee final production of bid submission documents where required, including liaising with printers and other suppliersCreate final PDF submission by consolidating various documents/components (covers, dividers and attachments etc)Embed video/audio/Flash components as requiredAssist the team with updating business materials and resourcesAssist with general MS Office requests and template/document troubleshootingImage searching using photo libraries as requiredConcept development and template developmentLiaise with printers and other suppliers for final production of printed materialsUphold corporate branding to ensure consistency with style guideUpdate job tracking systems and maintaining a high standard of procedural work practicesWhat you need to have: Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office PowerPoint, Word, intermediate ExcelWorking knowledge of Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign) and Adobe Acrobat ProExcellent organisational skills, the ability to work efficiently under pressure and multi-task to meet deadlinesExceptional attention to detail with a focus on quality and consistencyProven ability to work as part of a team and build relationships with internal clients and colleaguesExcellent eye for layout and design essentialExperience designing, developing and using templatesAdept at problem solving and a quick learnerPreference for working in a fast paced environmentUI/UX experienceWhat makes you stand out:A portfolio/book of work, demonstrating previous experience and projectsPrint production experienceRelevant experience working in a corporate in-house design/presentation/document preparation environmentWhy join our teamWe help you be your best through professional development opportunities, interesting work and supportive leaders.We foster a vibrant and inclusive culture where you can work with talented colleagues to create new solutions and have impact for colleagues, clients and communities.Our scale enables us to provide a range of career opportunities, as well as benefits and rewards to enhance your well-being.#Hybrid Marsh (NYSE: MRSH) is a global leader in risk, reinsurance and capital, people and investments, and management consulting, advising clients in 130 countries.
