GMP Cleaning Operative | Manufacturing Cleaning Operative | Production Cleaner 38 Hours per Week | Overtime Available | Manufacturing Environment Introduction Acorn by Synergie is recruiting for a GMP Cleaning Operative to carry out GMP-compliant cleaning of manufacturing equipment and production areas. This is an excellent opportunity for a GMP Cleaning Operative, Manufacturing Cleaner or Production Cleaner looking to work within a quality-focused manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, quality and contamination control, while following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) requirements. Key Duties Clean production equipment and manufacturing areas in line with SOPs and work instructions. Assemble and disassemble equipment safely for cleaning. Comply with GMP, Health & Safety, PPE and environmental requirements. Complete cleaning documentation accurately in line with ALCOA data integrity principles. Inspect equipment to ensure cleanliness and production readiness. Report any defects, deviations or non-conformances. Maintain high housekeeping standards and ensure the correct storage of cleaning materials. Monitor cleaning stock levels. Support production changeovers and scheduled deep cleans. Requirements Good written and spoken English. Strong attention to detail with an analytical and methodical approach. Reliable and proactive approach to work. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Basic mechanical aptitude. Good level of health and fitness for working in an indoor manufacturing environment. Interested?
