About the role

Overview

As a Director in the Brand & Comms team, you will lead account management and drive growth for our Brand Health Tracking service line. You will pitch, write proposals, and own some of our largest client relationships. Your efforts will ensure the continuous delivery of high‑quality brand‑tracking work that delights clients and expands our business.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct senior‑level client conversations to discuss brand performance insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Review and analyze brand health data, identify key trends, and develop actionable insights that drive measurable business impact.
  • Manage the client portfolio – monitor performance metrics, profitability, and growth opportunities to meet or exceed revenue and margin targets.
  • Lead and develop account teams, providing coaching, guiding analytical challenges, and holding regular 1:1s with direct reports.
  • Write compelling proposals, develop innovative research approaches, and present to prospective clients.

Qualifications

  • Extensive leadership experience in a commercial, consulting, or market‑research environment with a proven track record in brand tracking and brand equity research.
  • Deep mastery of brand tracking methodologies, brand equity frameworks, and consumer insights approaches.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver strategic brand insights and analytics projects.
  • Proven success in building and maintaining deep client relationships and acting as trusted advisor to senior marketing leadership.
  • Experience managing and developing research professionals across multiple seniority levels.
