As a Maintenance Technician you will: Strive to produce high-quality outputs and interactions for the people we support and each other Maintain the Heather House and Fir Tree Lodge property and equipment to the highest standards Maintenance repair services as required/scheduled, including general plumbing, carpentry, tiling, furniture, fixtures and fittings, windows, locks, gutters, fences etc Maintain, repair and install the various general plumbing installations, including internal and external drains, sinks, taps, showers, toilets and other equipment Collect required materials/tools from suppliers Adhere to all Health & Safety guidelines when carrying out work To communicate and liaise effectively with all departments/teams both internally and externally, updating on works completed, parts ordered, etc. to ensure works are carried out in an efficient and planned way.
