I’m working with a building surveying consultancy looking for an experienced Building Surveyor to join at Director level, taking responsibility for a strong existing portfolio while playing an important role in the future growth of the practice.

What they are looking for:

• Chartered status (MRICS or MRICS expected in 2026)
• Strong technical ability across building surveying
• Ability to handle client relationships and complex instructions.
• Desire to influence not just buildings, but the direction of a growing consultancy.
